Rodavia operates as an intermediary platform connecting travelers with independent vehicle rental suppliers across Thailand. By using this website, you acknowledge that the rental agreement is formed directly between you and the supplier identified in your voucher.

Service Scope

We provide an informational booking interface. The supplier listed on your confirmation voucher holds full responsibility for vehicle provision, condition, insurance coverage, roadside assistance, and all operational aspects of the rental. Rodavia facilitates the reservation process but does not own or operate vehicles.

Each supplier sets its own policies regarding driver requirements, deposits, fuel arrangements, mileage allowances, cross-border travel, additional equipment, and amendment or cancellation terms. These details appear in your voucher and form the basis of your contract with that supplier.

User Responsibilities

You must provide accurate information during booking. An International Driving Permit is mandatory in Thailand alongside your national license. Verify that all drivers meet the supplier's age and experience criteria before arrival.

Inspect the vehicle thoroughly at pickup. Document any pre-existing damage with the supplier's staff. Familiarize yourself with left-hand traffic rules, speed limits, and local driving conditions. The Andaman coast experiences heavy rainfall from May through October; adjust your plans accordingly.

Liability and Disputes

Rodavia acts solely as a booking intermediary. Claims regarding vehicle defects, accident procedures, deposit disputes, or service quality must be directed to the rental supplier. We cannot modify supplier policies or intervene in contractual matters between you and the provider.

Thailand's legal framework governs rental agreements executed within the country. Road traffic incidents fall under local jurisdiction. Keep emergency numbers accessible: tourist police 1155, general emergency 191.
